A note from John: Merry Christmas from e.fundamentals
I wanted to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you for your interest and support in E Fundamentals in 2018 and to wish you a very happy Christmas.
2018 hasn’t been an easy year for retail – both offline and more recently online too.
Everyone is having to work hard to deliver growth at a time when shareholders are demanding better returns from businesses.
It’s not that retail is failing, it’s changing. The conversations I’ve been having with senior clients this year have revolved around two main questions: How to deliver the best products and experiences to customers online and how to deliver stronger growth?
We’ve spent the year building out the E Fundamentals service to directly address these questions, keeping one single-minded focus front and centre: our commitment to Customer Success.
A recent example is our new partnership with Weetabix. When a leading brand says we’re the only analytics provider that has shown them how to move beyond fixing the basics and boost their sales whilst keeping their business priorities at the heart of their online sales strategy, everyone in our business (now based in London and Edinburgh) feels really super-proud of what we’re developing.
