John Maltman, CEO, e.fundamentals
Former VP at PepsiCo John has had a successful career with blue chip FMCG companies (Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo and Asda Walmart) complimented with leadership roles in high growth B2B technology and service businesses. As Managing Partner at The Quantic Group, a sales and marketing consultancy – he led to treble turnover and more than quadruple profitability over five years, developing a roster of some of the world’s best sales and marketing businesses. Clients included: Coca Cola Enterprises, Nestlé, SCA, Groupé SEB and Unilever FS.
Keng Zhing Ng, eCommerce Director, MARS
Keng has over 15 years of commercial experience from the world’s most competitive and successful companies. He currently oversees MARS digital sales strategy and as a specialist in online execution and activation, he is responsible for driving their eCommerce agenda. Prior to this, Keng led leadership positions in RB (FTSE 20 company) and during his time at EY consulted for global brands such as GSK, Diageo, Kraft/Cadbury, Kellogg's, Britvic, Coca cola enterprises and Sony Electronics to name but a few.

Cheryl Haggerty, Customer Success Director
A strong track record of delivering sales growth with 20 years’ experience, Cheryl has worked within agencies across field marketing, contact centres, experiential & omnichannel personalisation. Most recently she was the Business Development & Strategy Director at Catalina Personalised Digital Media, where she supported brands & retailers to deliver their strategy. She has worked closely with P&G, Diageo, Barclaycard, Camelot and BT to name a few, to drive their sales growth across instore & eCommerce. Today she's leading the agenda for our clients success at E Fundamentals on how brands can increase their market share and profitably with online retailers.
Mandy Critchley, Business Development Director
Mandy Critchley has over 20 years of experience working with brands and retailers predominantly within the FMCG and Pharma categories. With a wealth of commercial experience across the spectrum of digital marketing and insights, Mandy has worked with major brands on propositions that enable them to move the dial for their online sales. Former roles include Head of Client Services at Bounty UK and VP Sales at mySupermarket.
Stephanie Johnstone, Product Owner
With 10 years’ experience in software development, Stephanie has come from a driven consultancy and business analysis background before becoming a Scrum Alliance certified Product Owner. Passionate and dynamic, she has worked within various fast paced industries such as Finance, Supply Chain, Gaming and eCommerce and is currently responsible for the delivery of the e.fundamentals product, designing and delivering a world class eCommerce analytics platform.
